Polycarbonate Direct — Effective 2026  

At Polycarbonate Direct, we work hard to get your order to you safely and as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle delivery.  

WHERE WE SHIP  

We deliver Australia-wide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the size of your order.  

DISPATCH TIMES  

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment being confirmed. During busy periods this may take a little longer, and we'll keep you updated if there are any delays.  

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES  

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes vary depending on your location: 

- Metro areas: 2–5 business days 

- Regional areas: 5–10 business days 

- Remote areas: 10+ business days (please contact us for an estimate)  

Please note these are estimated timeframes only. We partner with reliable freight carriers, but once your order has left our hands, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control.  

LARGE & OVERSIZED ORDERS  

Polycarbonate sheeting is a large-format product and is shipped via freight carriers. For orders containing sheets over 6m in length, freight will need to be quoted individually — please contact us before ordering so we can arrange this for you.  

Sheet lengths over 7.2m are not available for delivery to WA.  

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS  

Please ensure your delivery address, contact details, and any special instructions are entered correctly at checkout. Our freight carriers may not always be able to call ahead before delivery. If you are not home, your order may be left in a safe location at the driver's discretion.  

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately so we can update it before dispatch.  

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR BUILDERS & TRADIES  

We strongly recommend not scheduling trades or labour on site until your order has been received and checked. We are not liable for any costs incurred due to delays in delivery.  

TRACKING  

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
