Polycarbonate Direct — Effective 2026 

At Polycarbonate Direct, we are committed to providing high-quality polycarbonate products and a transparent, straightforward purchasing experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as it outlines your rights and our obligations regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS  

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. We understand that circumstances change, and we are happy to accommodate cancellation requests made promptly after an order is placed.  

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, quoting your order number. We will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once an order has been picked, packed, and handed to our freight carrier, it is considered dispatched and we are no longer able to cancel or redirect it.  

Note: If you need to cancel, contact us immediately after placing your order. Orders are processed quickly and dispatch can occur the same business day.  

RETURNS & REFUNDS  

Due to the nature of our products, our ability to accept returns is limited. Please review the eligibility criteria below before contacting us. 

Eligible for refund: 

Orders cancelled in full before dispatch qualify for a full refund with no fees applied. 

 Not eligible for refund: 

Orders that have been dispatched, or any cut-to-size orders, cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.  

We are unable to accept returns on orders that have already been shipped. This is because polycarbonate sheeting is a large-format product that is difficult and costly to return safely, and we cannot guarantee the condition of goods once they have left our facility.  

Refunds that are approved will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned via your original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.  

CUT-TO-SIZE ORDERS  

All cut-to-size orders are custom manufactured to your exact specifications and are considered final sale from the moment the order is confirmed. These orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has commenced.  

Before placing a cut-to-size order, please ensure: 

- All measurements are accurate and double-checked 

- The correct material, thickness, and colour have been selected 

- You have accounted for any tolerances required for your installation
